PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat telah sukses melaksanakan Pekan Orientasi Fungsionaris untuk periode kepengurusan 2025-2026. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali para DPC dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan roda organisasi. Dengan penguasaan tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi) yang jelas, diharapkan setiap pengurus mampu menjalankan perannya dengan efektif, berintegritas, dan berorientasi pada visi serta misi perhimpunan.
Tujuan Kegiatan
Memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai struktur organisasi dan tupoksi setiap bidang dalam DPC PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat.
Mempersiapkan pengurus untuk menjalankan program kerja sesuai dengan peran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing presidium.
Membangun sinergi antar pengurus untuk mencapai visi dan misi perhimpunan secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Pekan Orientasi Fungsionaris merupakan agenda penting dalam tahapan awal masa kepengurusan. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkenalkan struktur organisasi, tetapi juga memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang peran strategis setiap bidang dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Materi ini disampaikan oleh Bang Rinto Namang, sosok yang tidak asing dalam pergerakan PMKRI. Beliau pernah menjabat sebagai Ketua Presidium PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat periode 2016-2017 dan Presidium GERMAS PP PMKRI periode 2018-2020. Dengan pengalamannya yang luas, Bang Rinto memberikan banyak inspirasi dan motivasi kepada para pengurus baru, menekankan pentingnya semangat pelayanan, integritas, dan komitmen dalam memperjuangkan visi perhimpunan.
Harapan ke Depan
