PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat Gelar Orientasi Fungsionaris dengan Materi Need Assessment
Jakarta, Mei 2025 – Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Katolik Republik Indonesia (PMKRI) Cabang Jakarta Pusat kembali menyelenggarakan Orientasi Fungsionaris untuk kepengurusan periode 2025-2026. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperkuat kompetensi pengurus dalam mengelola organisasi secara lebih terarah, efektif, dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu materi utama dalam orientasi ini adalah Need Assessment yang disampaikan oleh Dr. Capt. Marcellus Jayawibawa, S.SiT., M.H., M.Mar., pakar manajemen organisasi dan strategi.
Pada Orientasi Fungsionaris ini, Dr. Capt. Marcellus Jayawibawa dipercaya sebagai pemateri utama materi Need Assessment. Dengan pengalaman dan keahliannya, beliau menyampaikan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan organisasi sebagai langkah awal untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara kondisi saat ini dan tujuan ideal organisasi.
