Jakarta – Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Katolik Republik Indonesia (PMKRI) Cabang Jakarta Pusat melalui Presidium Gerakan Kemasyarakatan, Saudara Amos Lello, menerima kunjungan perwakilan komunitas ojek online (ojol) dari Jakarta, Bekasi, dan Depok yang tergabung dalam Koalisi Ojol Nasional (KON). Pertemuan ini membahas berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi para driver, termasuk polemik tarif 10%, status mitra versus pekerja, serta kurangnya payung hukum yang melindungi mereka dari kesewenangan aplikator.

Pertemuan yang digelar di Sekretariat PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat, Jalan Samratulangie 1, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, ini dihadiri oleh Ketua PMKRI Jakpus, Rikardus Redja, yang menyoroti ketidaksiapan pemerintah dalam merespons perkembangan inovasi transportasi online.
“Fenomena ojol sejak awal sudah bersinggungan dengan ojek pangkalan. Ini adalah lonjakan inovasi, tetapi pemerintah tidak merumuskan aturan yang jelas. Dengan makin banyaknya aplikator dan driver, negara justru kebablasan dalam mengatur,” tegas Rikardus.

Tuntutan Koalisi Ojol Nasional
Perwakilan KON menyampaikan kekhawatiran mereka jika potongan tarif dinaikkan dari 5% menjadi 10%. Menurut mereka, kebijakan ini berisiko memicu pengurangan bisnis aplikator dan berpotensi meningkatkan angka pengangguran secara nasional.
“Potongan 5% masih bisa kami terima. Jika dinaikkan menjadi 10% dan aplikator memilih hengkang, dampaknya akan sangat besar bagi para driver,” ujar salah satu perwakilan KON.
Selain itu, status driver yang hanya dianggap sebagai mitra aplikator—bukan pekerja tetap—juga menjadi sorotan. KON mendesak pemerintah segera membuat payung hukum yang adil untuk melindungi hak-hak driver sekaligus menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis aplikator.
Komitmen PMKRI dalam Advokasi
PMKRI Jakpus menyatakan kesiapannya untuk mendampingi dan mengadvokasi persoalan ojol. Mereka juga akan menyebarkan petisi yang menuntut:
- Stop Politisasi Ojol oleh Elit Politik dan Pejabat Negara
- Tolak Ojol sebagai Pekerja Tetap
- Tolak Potongan 10% Tanpa Kajian yang Berdampak Negatif pada Mitra Driver
- Tolak Kepentingan Pribadi & Kelompok yang Mengatasnamakan Ojol
Pertemuan ini ditutup dengan komitmen bersama untuk memperjuangkan solusi yang mengakomodir kepentingan semua pihak, termasuk driver, aplikator, dan regulator.
