Masa Orientasi PMKRI kota Jajakan Depok
PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Sabtu,05 Oktober 2024
Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Katolik Republik Indonesia (PMKRI) Cabang Jakarta Pusat melaksanakan Masa Orientasi Kota Jajakan Depok. Masa orientasi merupakan kegiatan setingkat masa penerimaan anggota baru (MPAB) dan masa bimbingan (MABIM).
Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung di Aula Margasiswa 1 PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat dengan Tema “Melahirkan Kader yang siap diutus bagi Gereja danTanah Air “
Presidium Hubungan Perguruan Tinggi PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat Yohanes Taek menerangkan, kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua hari “Mulai hari ini sampai 06 Oktober besok, ” ujar Yohanes

Kata Yohanes masa orientasi ini merupakan bagian dari pembinaan formal berjenjang di PMKRI kepada mahasiswa calon anggota PMKRI di Depok yang tidak pernah mengikuti MPAB dan MABIM di Cabang lain.
Sebanyak 13 mahasiswa yang ada Universitas di Depok mengikuti kegiatan yang berlangsung selama dua hari diantara Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Bina sarana Informatika dan Sekolah Tinggi Teologi.
Ketua Presidium PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat Sanctus Robertus Bellarminus Periode 2024-2025 Maria Angelina Salvatrix Ega Lein menekankan agar setiap anggota PMKRI harus menjiwai tiga benang merah.
Tiga benang dimaksud yakni Kristianitas, Fraternitas dan Intelektualitas sebagai spirit pembinaan, perjuangan dan pengabdian.
Lanjut Ega sapaannya, dengan kehadiran peserta kali ini menandakan mahasiswa Katolik di Depok sangat antusias untuk menjadi anggota PMKRI.
Ia berharap agar peserta Masa Orientasi tetap berproses di PMKRI sebagai wadah menempa diri dan menggalang budi demi masa depan Gereja dan bangsa dan Tetap melaksanakan kegiatan lainnya dibawah koordinasi PMKRI Cabang Jakarta Pusat sebagai Cabang pendamping.
“Untuk itu saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada tim kerja yang bekerja maksimal untuk menyukseskan kegiatan ini, ” paparnya.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini yakni, Presidium Pengembangan Organisasi Pengurus Pusat PMKRI Sanctus Thomas Aquinas Periode 2024-2026 Marianus Rahanau dan di dampingi oleh Pengurus Pusat PMKRI lainya.
